Biography - Nicholas George Mace

• Nicholas, 50, is the founder, Chairman and principal shareholder of the Nous group of Companies.
• Based at Group Head Office in Cape Town, he is actively involved in the operational and strategic planning for all Nous companies and thus travels extensively.
• Nicholas' overall business philosophy is to create a win-win relationship between customers, staff and shareholders. Creating a common objective minimises conflict, streamlines efficiencies and results in increased benefits to all stake-holders. The various Company logos reflect this three dimensional approach - and the extra benefit created.
• Married with two adult sons, Nicholas is a keen yachtsman skippering his 43 ft racing yacht "Gumption" and cruising aboard his catamaran "Meshugga". He is actively involved in the administration, organisation and promotion of sailing in South Africa. Other interests include scuba diving, golf and skiing.
